Our meals are Muslim-owned, and all the produce used is halal-certified.
How do you thaw the frozen meals?
You can simply thaw the desired portion overnight in the refrigerator.
Always use the fridge because thawing at room temperature can cause bacterial growth.
Can you immediately reheat the frozen meals?
Yes, you can. Always remember to follow our guidelines to revitalise our frozen meals. This helps to restore their original flavour and texture.
Our tubs are microwave-safe — just remember to remove the lids before heating!
When will I get my order?
Preorders will be ready for collection or delivery approximately 2 weeks after the preorder closes.
For in-stocks, you may choose self-pickup or enjoy same-day delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat delivery fee of $15, available for residential addresses only.
